Soon after, Lannon Realty became involved in developing subdivisions, building single family homes, business blocks, apartment buildings, and have to date built over 900 quality homes throughout Thunder Bay
In 1981 Art Lannon became involved in the day to day operations of the company. Soon after taking control Art separated the Insurance, Land Development & Assembly Divisions into separate companies. In March of 1997 Art Lannon purchased the rights for Royal LePage in the Thunder Bay area creating what we now know today as Royal LePage Lannon Realty.
Today, Royal LePage Lannon Realty is the largest real estate company in Northwestern Ontario both in sales people and in market share. Royal LePage Lannon Realty is a community minded company shown by the support and money it gives back to the community. An example is the Royal LePage Run for Women, Canada's largest women's run with a donation from this event going to support local women's causes. Royal LePage Lannon Realty also supports many other charities including Wesway, The Red Cross, The United Way and our local drive for the building of the new regional hospital.
